ZenHeels Device/Meditations are to be stricly for Adults only. You agree that you are legally an adult in the country where you reside. You agree and understand that ZenHeels is a novelty device and used for entertainment only. No claim is being made by ZenHeels LLC to the end user of ZenHeels Products/services. Results can vary since every individual is a unique person. Since ZenHeels is a personal device, ZenHeels Purchase is non-refundable once the package is opened. ZenHeels interal vibrating motor and rechargeable battery is under warranty for 1 year from the purchase date. If there are any warraty claims, Please send an email to support@zenheels.com
You may return the ZenHeels within 7 days if you change your mind
If the package/plastice seal is not opened and the ZenHeels is not used. Customer is responsible for return postage and handeling fees. The restocking and handling fee is 15% of the order total. If you wish to return the ZenHeels please send an email to support@zenheels.com-Please include your order # and clearly indicate why you are returning the zenheels. Include few picuturs of out side of the box. The ZenHeels outside box must not be damaged and not opened.
You must include the Return Code on your return shipment for proper credit.
