1. Breath In for 4 second – Heel will vibrate

2. Retain Breath for 4 second pause – No vibration

 3. Exhale slowly for 5 seconds vibration – Heel will vibrate

4. Pause for 2 seconds – No vibration

Repeat cycle for 10 minutes

Breathing - Level 2
